How do I get there?

Most guests come via Rishikesh and Chamba. The nearest airport is Jolly Grant, Dehradun. From Chamba it is roughly an hour's drive. Message us on WhatsApp before you travel and we'll guide you in.

How many rooms are there?

Two rooms. Room One has its own attached bathroom; Room Two uses the common bathroom next door. Both open onto a shared veranda that works as the living room, facing the mountains and Tehri Lake. Book both and the whole house is yours.

There is a kitchen you can use to cook your own meals, and a tandoor you can bring outside to cook in the open. We're still finalising meal options, so message us and we'll tell you what's available for your dates.

Is it good for families and groups?

Yes. With two rooms, a shared veranda, a kitchen and open space outside, it works well for a family or a small group of friends travelling together.

What is there to do?

Watch the sunrise and Tehri Lake from the veranda, walk the village and its terraced fields, explore the forest trails, cook on the tandoor and stargaze at night. Kanatal, Chamba and Tehri Lake are all within easy reach for day trips.

When is the best time to visit?

October to March for the clearest Himalayan views and stargazing, March to May for rhododendron blooms, and July to September if you love green terraces and clouds over the lake.
